Meet Corey: Naturopath, Educator, and Founder of the Be Happy Way

For more than two decades, Corey has worked as a naturopath supporting people through stress, low mood, poor sleep, burnout, gut issues, hormone imbalances, and the overwhelming sense of “not feeling like myself.”

Across thousands of conversations and client histories, one pattern kept showing up again and again:

People weren’t failing. Their biology was failing them.

They were trying to solve emotional problems with willpower, when the real issue was deeper, quieter, and more biological. They had disrupted rhythms, scrambled gut-brain signalling, stress loops stuck “on,” and energy systems that just couldn’t keep up.

Corey founded The Be Happy Way to give people a clearer, kinder, more biological understanding of their mental wellbeing, without shame, overwhelm, or complicated protocols.

Why He Created The Be Happy Way

Like many people he now supports, Corey also hit a point in his own life where everything felt harder than it should.

Despite knowing the “right things” professionally, he experienced periods of:
racing mind
disrupted sleep
emotional heaviness
low motivation
unpredictable energy
cravings and comfort eating during stress

This wasn’t a mindset problem. It wasn’t a discipline problem. It was biology out
of rhythm.

As he rebuilt his own stability through gut repair, vagus nerve support, rhythm balancing, and targeted nutritional interventions, he saw the same patterns in his clients.

The breakthrough was clear:
